Job summary

Philippines HVAC Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support HVAC construction projects on-site, assist the Project Manager, and coordinate with property management and subcontractors to keep work safe, on schedule, and compliant.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, 2+ years in HVAC project execution, knowledge of VRF or water‑cooled systems, and strong communication to liaise with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC project execution, construction, or related engineering work.
• Knowledgeable in VRF systems and/or water-cooled air-conditioning systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
• Willing to assign in project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and assisting the on-site HVAC construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work execution aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and property management to support smooth project operations.
• Prepare and organize project materials, equipment, and documentation prior to construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor HVAC installation works.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, property management, and internal teams during and after project implementation.
• Support project testing, commissioning, punch listing, and project acceptance activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions to ensure timely project completion.
