Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of HVAC project execution experience.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems and on-site construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supporting on-site HVAC activities.
• Monitor project progress to align with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and property management.
• Prepare and organize project materials, equipment, and documentation for construction.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor HVAC installation works.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC-related issues.
• Maintain communication with clients, property management, and internal teams during and after implementation.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project acceptance activities.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for management review.
• Escalate critical issues and propose solutions to ensure timely completion.
