Everstone Development and Construction Inc. seeks a Licensed Electrical/Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of HV project experience. The role demands hands-on substation construction, testing, commissioning, and maintenance, plus familiarity with 230kV+ systems and NGCP standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
Must be a Licensed Electrical/Civil Engineer (REE/RCE/RME).
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in High Voltage (HV) projects.
Hands-on experience in Substation Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Operations, or Maintenance.
Experience working with 230kV, or higher voltage systems is preferred.
Knowledge of power transmission and distribution systems, switchyards, transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and associated HV equipment.
Familiarity with National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) standards and electrical codes is an advantage.
Experience in reading and interpreting single-line diagrams (SLD), protection schemes, electrical layouts, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning activities, including insulation resistance testing, transformer testing, relay testing, and system energization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
Experience in EPC, power plant, transmission line, or substation projects is highly preferred.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to High Voltage systems and substations.
