The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and have 3–5 years of experience in substation design or related fields. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of electrical standards are essential. This role involves coordination with engineers and overseeing the installation of equipment. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Develop and review engineering designs, electrical schematics, single line diagrams, protection and control schemes for substation projects.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), equipment specifications, and scope of work for procurement and construction.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integrity and constructability.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment including transformers, switchgears, protection relays, CTs/VTs, and SCADA systems.
Ensure designs comply with Philippine Electrical Code, NGCP/DOE/ERC standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Liaise with Distribution Utilities (DU), NGCP, and other stakeholders for permits, approvals, and grid connection.
