Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. seeks a Licensed Electrical/Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of HV project experience. The role demands hands-on substation construction, testing, commissioning, and maintenance, plus familiarity with 230kV+ systems and NGCP standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering is required.
Must be a Licensed Electrical/Civil Engineer (REE/RCE/RME).
2–5 years of relevant experience in High Voltage (HV) projects required.
Hands-on experience in Substation Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Operations, or Maintenance.
Experience with 230kV or higher voltage systems is preferred.
Knowledge of power transmission and distribution systems, switchyards, transformers, breakers, relays, HV equipment.
Familiarity with NGCP standards and electrical codes is advantageous.
Experience reading single-line diagrams, protection schemes, electrical layouts, and drawings.
Knowledge of HV testing and commissioning activities.
