Job summary

Prime Power Energie System is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager for on-site Pasig-based projects. The role involves coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless execution, meeting scope, budget, and schedule.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is required, with a licensed engineer credential considered a plus and at least 3 years in project engineering and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is a plus with at least 3 years of experience in project engineering and management.
• Knowledge of substations, gensets, busducts, transformers and related electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Willing to work on-site and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report to management as needed and maintain client relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Job Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developingproject scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and elastic to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Knowledgeable in the installation of substations, such as generator sets, busways, and as well as transformers.
• Controlled engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines, and meet the quality assurance targets.
• Completed daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions and meeting project deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer, is not required but a plus with at least 3years experience in project engineering and management.
• Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substations, installation of genset, trouble shooting, mechanical and electrical equipment such as: Genset, busduct and transformer.
• Willing to work on-site and start immediately.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction industry.
