Job summary

Ugnay Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for its SaaS/HR & Payroll solutions in Metro Manila. You will own end-to-end sales, from market research and lead generation to closing deals, while presenting payroll, SaaS, and HRMS solutions to prospective B2B clients and building lasting relationships.

The role targets a true hunter profile with at least 3 years in PH Payroll/SaaS/HRMS sales, plus strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; Marketing or Business Management background is a plus.
• At least 3 years as a BDM in PH Payroll Solutions, SaaS, or HRMS Services, with end-to-end sales experience.
• B2B sales background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• A true hunter profile; not suited for farmer-only backgrounds.

Responsibilities
