Job summary

Ugnay Solutions Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to handle end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing within the PH payroll, SaaS, or HRMS space.

You will present payroll, SaaS, and HRMS solutions to potential B2B clients, building lasting relationships and driving new business growth through proactive lead generation and CRM-based activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or Business Management background a plus.
• At least 3 years as a BDM in PH Payroll, SaaS, or HRMS with end-to-end sales.
• B2B sales background with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process from market research to closing deals.
• Present payroll, SaaS, and HRMS solutions to B2B clients and build lasting relationships.
• Consistently hit new business targets using CRM and lead generation tools.
