Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to oversee HR functions and align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with leadership to drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and the ability to work with all levels across locations. Occasional travel and extended hours during peak HR periods may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with general HR management or leadership experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance.
• In depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Experience with HR software and systems; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Training in employment law, conflict resolution, HR management, or related disciplines is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally to other company locations, conferences, or training sessions and work extended hours during peak HR activities.
