Job Posting: HR Advisor

• Position Type: Fulltime - HYBRID SETUP: Currently residing in Metro Manila or Greater Manila Area

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.
• Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the HR function in accordance with company strategy
• Driving performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate awards
• Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth
• Ability to manage employee remuneration and incentive systems
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance of all staff including those under an EBA
• Maintain the Integrated Management System for Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with Australia standards
• Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
• Other tasks as requested by management

Qualifications
