Job summary

Zypher HR Consultancy's client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department with a focus on Organization Development, Learning & Development, and strategic HR initiatives. You will align people strategies with business objectives and ensure compliant HR operations as the organization grows.

Responsibilities include reviewing structures, partnering with leaders on manpower planning, establishing development programs, strengthening performance management, and guiding the HR team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, with managerial exposure.
• Strong OD, L&D, performance management, and workforce planning background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department and develop people strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, while ensuring effective HR operations and compliance.
• Review organizational structures, reporting lines, roles, and accountabilities to improve efficiency, clarify responsibilities, and support business growth.
• Partner with business leaders to assess manpower requirements, identify capability gaps, and develop workforce plans that align staffing needs with organizational priorities.
• Establish learning and development strategies, competency-based training programs, and leadership development initiatives to build employee capabilities and prepare future leaders.
• Strengthen performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, competency assessments, and development planning, to drive accountability and results.
• Identify critical roles and high-potential talent, support career development, and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and organizational readiness.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, collaboration, and change management.
• Guide and develop the HR team, establish priorities and performance measures, and ensure responsive, consistent, and business-oriented HR services.
