Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to drive the HR digital transformation. You will work hands-on with systems, data, and process improvement to support migration, dashboard maintenance, and data accuracy.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights on recruitment, attrition, and retention, and contribute to governance of HRIS modules.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data visualization)
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
• Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field

• Maintain data integrity and enforce data governance standards
