Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. seeks an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to drive our HR digital initiatives, working hands-on with systems, data, and process improvements.

You will support HRIS migrations, dashboard maintenance, and ensure workforce data accuracy for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and Microsoft tools skills, familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP or Darwinbox, and a data-driven mindset to deliver insights to HR and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with data governance mindset.
• Experience with HRIS modules, data integrity, and dashboard reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or Darwinbox HRIS is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

We are looking for an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to support our HR digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems, data, and process improvement. You will play a key role in HR system migration, dashboard maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce data that drives strategic decisions.

• Support HRIS governance, system audits, and user acceptance testing for new modules and upgrades

Job Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data visualization)
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
• Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage
