We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Generalist who will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, employee concerns, timekeeping, DOLE compliance, management reporting, process improvement, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, proactive, and capable of balancing employee needs with the policies and objectives of management.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from manpower request to hiring and onboarding.
Manage and monitor daily employee attendance, timekeeping, leaves, undertime, absences, and overtime.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll‑related attendance records.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues.
Assist in investigating employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace incidents.
Facilitate proper documentation and implementation of disciplinary processes when necessary.
Maintain working knowledge of DOLE policies, Philippine Labor Code, and applicable employment regulations.
Ensure company HR policies and practices are aligned with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Assist management in addressing labor‑related concerns and compliance requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management.
Escalate significant employee or compliance concerns to management promptly.
Review existing HR policies, procedures, forms, and workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously improve employee services and HR operations.
Help develop and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
Support employee recognition, communication, team‑building, and wellness initiatives.
Promote company values and positive workplace behavior.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong working knowledge of DOLE policies, Philippine Labor Code, and HR compliance requirements.
Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and HRIS
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities.
