Job summary

iQor Philippines is seeking an HR professional to provide support in compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training.

The role involves maintaining HR policies, coordinating benefits, interviewing candidates, conducting orientations, and preparing reports.

Occasional tasks include preparing job descriptions and maintaining employment records; you will work with management to address issues and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or related experience.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

• Assists management in analyzing and identifying special training needs.
• Maintains and processes employment forms and records and prepares related reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
