Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people initiatives with business objectives in Cagayan de Oro. You will act as the main HR partner to leaders, guiding workforce planning, development, and change management across units.

You will manage employee relations, performance processes, and talent ecosystems while driving engagement and learning programs to strengthen capability and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or HRBP/consulting experience.
• Experience in retail/food service/hospitality/manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate talent acquisition efforts to address staffing requirements and talent pipeline needs.
• Manage employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, and labor‑related matters while ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate performance management, competency assessments, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capability and performance.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture‑building activities across assigned business units.
• Conduct employee consultations, feedback sessions, and communication programs to enhance workplace relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and personnel movement documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting operations‑driven environments such as retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and labor standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City.
