Job summary

Moatable in the Philippines seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with leaders, provide HR analytics, manage payroll and HR data, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering employee engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, including HRBP or strategic HR roles, with exposure to SaaS, tech, or BPO; HRIS experience is a plus.

Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support employee engagement. You will also oversee payroll, HR data management, and other key HR processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational goals.
• Provide HR insights and analytics to guide business decisions.
• Drive talent management initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Champion employee engagement programs and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Monitor team morale and recommend interventions as needed.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HR data and records, ensuring compliance and reporting readiness.
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and benefits administration.
• Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.

Organizational Development

• Support change management initiatives and organizational design projects.
• Implement programs to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in HRBP or strategic HR roles.
• Experience managing payroll, HR data, and compliance.
• Exposure to SaaS, tech, or BPO preferred.
• HR certifications are a plus.
