Job summary

Private Advertiser in Laguna seeks an Human Resource Manager to lead HR strategies and oversee Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee relations. You will drive end-to-end HR processes, ensure legal compliance, and manage SAP-based HR systems.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, coaching staff, and implementing policy projects to improve the work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or human resources management, or equivalent.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations during Managers' Meetings.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
