Andok's Group of Companies seeks a proactive HR/Admin Staff to support recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, and government-related transactions at our McArthur Leyte site in Eastern Visayas. The role involves coordinating with employees, branch personnel, and government agencies, with both office-based and fieldwork duties.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR/Admin Staff to support our Human Resources operations, particularly in recruitment, payroll and timekeeping, government-related transactions, employee documentation, and administrative activities. The position will work closely with employees, applicants, branch personnel, management, and government agencies. The successful candidate must be comfortable performing both office-based and fieldwork assignments.
Work Location: McArthur Leyte, Eastern Visayas
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing applicants to onboarding.
Post job vacancies through appropriate recruitment platforms and channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
Endorse qualified candidates to concerned departments or branches.
Coordinate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
Monitor the submission and completion of employee requirements.
Maintain updated applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with branch managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll within established payroll cutoffs and deadlines.
Monitor and validate employee attendance and timekeeping records.
Review records involving absences, tardiness, undertime, overtime, holidays, rest days, and other attendance-related matters.
Coordinate with employees and branch personnel regarding timekeeping discrepancies.
Assist in validating payroll adjustments, deductions, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the Accounting/Finance Department regarding payroll concerns and discrepancies.
Assist employees with basic payroll and compensation-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Assist in employee-related transactions with government agencies.
Coordinate and follow up on government-related requirements, submissions, and documents.
Assist in processing and monitoring government-mandated contributions and related requirements.
Handle or coordinate transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and other applicable government offices.
Monitor deadlines for government submissions and requirements.
Maintain organized records of government transactions and supporting documents.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable government requirements and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in any field; HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related programs are an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience in recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, timekeeping, and government-related transactions is preferred.
Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and other government agencies is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, applicants, management, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and company information.
