Brown & Burk Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will drive the company's people agenda by overseeing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with management to build a high-performing organization.
Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and employee offboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the company's objectives.
Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
Partner with department heads and management to support organizational development and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Design and oversee performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs.
Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and HR budget recommendations.
Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, statutory regulations, and government reporting requirements.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance resolution, and policy implementation.
Prepare HR reports, manpower analytics, and recommendations for Management.
Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Registered Psychometrician (RPm) or other relevant HR professional certification is preferred.
At least 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience across the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HR systems is an advantage.
Highly organized, analytical, trustworthy, and able to work independently with a high level of professionalism.
