Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage payroll, administer benefits, and oversee HRIS processes. You will develop and communicate HR policies, train staff, and ensure privacy compliance while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires on-site work with 3+ years in HR, a solid grounding in employment law, and proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce and Greenhouse. Join a hands-on team focused on best practices and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• CPHR designation or candidate status is an asset.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a Generalist capacity.
• Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Experience with workplace investigations and performance management is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with Greenhouse is required.
• Work is performed at the work site; Remote or Hybrid work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll in collaboration with Finance.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address payroll, timesheet, and benefits inquiries.
• Use Ceridian Dayforce HRIS to update employee information and streamline HR processes.
• Develop, update, communicate, and train employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Promote and enforce HR best practices and ensure privacy legislation compliance.
• Monitor Health and Safety practices and site HR practices.
• Assist with developing and managing HR budgets.
• Support recruitment sourcing and screening and recommend recruitment strategies.
• Advise leadership on employee matters, misconduct, attendance, and performance issues.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive, productive work environment.
• Educate managers and individual contributors on HR practices.
• Perform other related duties as required
