Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the HR function in Mandaluyong, Philippines, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.

The role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development, while partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading an HR function or large HR team.
• Experience working with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
