Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring an HR Business Partner to drive HR processes, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver analytics and benchmarking under guidance of the Manager.

The role involves resolving employee relations issues, policy formulation, and building employer branding and HR capability across the organization. Onsite in Alabang with rotating/shifting schedule, immediate start. Join a team focused on service excellence, diversity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• 3–5 years of HR supervisor/team lead experience in a BPO.

• Provide HR policy guidance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

• Vendor Relationship Management and Employer Branding and Positioning.
• Function-specific initiatives, audits and compliance.

Support deployment of assigned HR processes and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements. Prepare various dashboards, analytics, research and benchmarking reports under the guidance of the Manager. Participate in knowledge sharing and branding initiatives with the objective of providing the highest levels of service to internal customers within the resources provided and the policies of the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidate must possess at least a college degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR supervisor or team lead in a BPO environment is preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a rotational/shifting schedule
