Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited Philippine Branch is hiring an HR Business Partner to support deployment of HR processes, ensure SLAs, and deliver dashboards and analytics for internal customers.

You will address employee relations, policy guidance, HR analytics, branding and compliance, with on-site work in Alabang on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• 3–5 years of HR supervisor or team lead experience in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Policy formulation including process, guideline definition, research, benchmarking and advisory/HR solutions.
• Provide HR policy guidance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• HR analytics/metrics/reporting and knowledge management/HR capability building.
• Vendor relationship management and employer branding and positioning.
• Function-specific initiatives, audits and compliance.

Support deployment of assigned HR processes and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements. Prepare various dashboards, analytics, research and benchmarking reports under the guidance of the Manager. Participate in knowledge sharing and branding initiatives with the objective of providing the highest levels of service to internal customers within the resources provided and the policies of the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidate must possess at least a college degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR supervisor or team lead in a BPO environment is preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a rotational/shifting schedule
