Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with HubSpot expertise to optimize the marketing automation platform, design automated workflows, and segment audiences for personalized campaigns.

You will analyze campaign performance, collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment, and maintain data quality across HubSpot and connected systems. Night-shift availability is required to support PH time operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing automation.
• Proven experience HubSpot as a marketing automation platform.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM data integration and email best practices.
• Night shift availability: 8pm–5am PH time.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows and campaigns across channels.
• Maintain the marketing automation platform to ensure data accuracy and integration with systems.
• Segment audiences to deliver personalized content and improve engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve automation strategies and assist with email campaigns including A/B testing.
• Monitor data quality within HubSpot and support lead nurturing workflows.
