Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist (HubSpot) to own end-to-end email campaigns, QA processes, and deliverability for a telehealth platform. You’ll build templates, set up journeys in HubSpot and OneSignal, and audit audience segmentation against data schemas.

You are detail-driven, with HTML/CSS chops, a technical mindset, and the ability to work with US business hours from a fully remote setup. HIPAA familiarity is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, lists and segmentation.
• Working HTML/CSS for email campaigns, beyond drag-and-drop.
• Meticulous QA approach with a checklist-driven mindset.
• Strong data and segmentation logic understanding (tech background preferred).
• Self-starter with troubleshooting instincts and initiative.
• Adaptability to handle less-defined, ad-hoc tasks.
• Availability to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit email templates in HubSpot, including HTML work and cross-client rendering checks.
• Set up campaigns end to end in HubSpot and OneSignal — journeys, canvases, triggers and workflows.
• Create audience segments with correct inclusion/exclusion logic based on data schema.
• Run pre-launch QA against the campaign checklist and post-launch checks.
• QA code and campaign setups prepared by others as an independent check.
• Manage deliverability by smoothing send volumes across days.
• Keep campaign documentation and QA checklists up to date.
