Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist (Email QA and Execution) to own QA and execution for email, in-app, and push campaigns for a fast-growing fintech client. You will ensure branding accuracy, proper targeting, and technical setup across the CRM stack.

This is a fully remote role with emphasis on CAN-SPAM compliance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ESP experience (Braze preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud acceptable).
• 1+ year of QA experience for CRM campaigns.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with HTML to troubleshoot dynamic email tags and templates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in emails and flows.
• Effective communication to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• QA for email campaigns and flows, ensuring accuracy in branding and targeting.
• Review dynamic content configurations (Liquid tags) for proper personalization.
• Manage and execute CRM campaign tactics across email, in-app, and push channels.
• Document campaigns, tracking tickets, overviews, and QA reports.
• Flag SLA violations and QA misses to team leads for resolution.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure CAN-SPAM and other regs.
