Athena seeks a Growth Operations Specialist to own the HubSpot administration and integration ecosystem, driving pipeline growth through optimized lead generation and conversion processes. You will support lifecycle campaigns and CRM architecture improvements to ensure measurable impact across the customer journey.

As a Growth Ops specialist, you will partner with Revenue and Advisors to enhance data quality, implement integrations, and deliver dashboards and insights that inform CRM strategies

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, conversion rate optimization, or related roles.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced automation and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy using HubSpot, aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify key CRM metrics and benchmarks to track performance and measure impact on revenue.
• Plan and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments within HubSpot to optimize messaging and workflows.
• Oversee development and execution of complex CRM automations in HubSpot to streamline workflows.
• Ensure automated workflows and sequences are finely tuned for optimal performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to drive engagement and conversion.
• Manage HubSpot configuration, pipelines, and user permissions.
• Maintain third‑party app integrations (Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, Slack, billing platforms).
• Monitor data hygiene: deduplication, normalization, and segmentation.
