GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist (HubSpot) to own end-to-end email campaigns, QA processes, and deliverability for a telehealth platform. You’ll build templates, set up journeys in HubSpot and OneSignal, and audit audience segmentation against data schemas.

You are detail-driven, with HTML/CSS chops, a technical mindset, and the ability to work with US business hours from a fully remote setup. HIPAA familiarity is a plus but not required.

• Keep campaign documentation and QA checklists up to date.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a CRM Operations Specialist (HubSpot) for a telehealth platform connecting patients with healthcare providers — building and QA'ing campaigns end to end in HubSpot and OneSignal, and serving as an independent check on quality before anything ships.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Email Template Development: Build and edit email templates in HubSpot, including hands-on HTML work — verify rendering across devices, email clients, and light/dark modes, and recommend adjustments before anything sends.
• Campaign Setup: Set up campaigns end to end in HubSpot and OneSignal — journeys, canvases, triggered sends, and workflows — from an approved brief.
• Audience Segmentation: Build audience segments with correct inclusion/exclusion logic, grounded in the HubSpot data schema and properties.
• Launch QA: Run pre-launch QA against the campaign launch checklist and post-launch checks to confirm every send behaves exactly as expected.
• Peer QA: QA code and campaign setups built by other team members — an independent set of checks and balances before anything ships.
• Deliverability Management: Manage send-volume spikes by allocating sends across multiple days to protect IP reputation and deliverability.
• Documentation: Keep campaign documentation, naming conventions, and QA checklists current.

What You Bring

• HubSpot Experience: Hands-on HubSpot experience — workflows, lists, segmentation logic, and email builds.
• HTML/CSS Proficiency: Working HTML/CSS for email — comfortable reading and editing code, not just drag-and-drop editors.
• QA Rigor: A meticulous, checklist-driven approach to QA — someone who genuinely enjoys being in the details.
• Technical Mindset: A solid grasp of data structure and segment logic (technical degree preferred).
• Self-Sufficiency: A self-starter with strong troubleshooting instincts — researches their own answers first, digs into unfamiliar tools or issues, and comes back with findings and a recommendation rather than just a question.
• Adaptability: Ability to take on less-defined, ad-hoc tasks.
• Schedule: Able to work US business hours.

Bonus Points if

• You have experience with email QA tooling such as Litmus.
• You have basic SQL skills for audience pulls and data checks.
• You have healthcare experience and HIPAA familiarity.
• You have prior work in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment.
