Job summary

Charter seeks a hands-on HubSpot and Growth Marketing Specialist to own and improve HubSpot across CRM, CMS and marketing automation. You will lead landing page optimization, dashboards and lifecycle analytics while aligning campaigns with business goals.

As a remote embedded member, you will manage SEO/AI visibility, paid acquisition, and market analysis, collaborating with leadership to ensure compliant, data-driven growth strategies across international markets.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub/CRM and CMS.
Strong foundation in marketing principles and in-house marketing support.
Hands-on experience creating and managing landing pages and HubSpot pages.
Technical proficiency with HTML/CSS, troubleshooting website issues and integrations.
Proven ability to maintain live HubSpot databases with data governance.
Solid knowledge of SEO and emerging AI search optimization practices (AEO/GEO).
Experience with HubSpot CRM features: properties, lists, segmentation, lifecycles, pipelines, lead scoring, workflows.

Responsibilities

HubSpot Ownership across Marketing Hub, CRM and CMS, ensuring data quality and governance.
Design, build and optimize landing pages, forms and conversion paths in HubSpot.
Build and troubleshoot workflows, lead routing, nurturing sequences and dashboards.
Ensure HubSpot integrations with advertising analytics and other platforms are reliable.
Train Sales and Admin teams to use HubSpot consistently and correctly.
Document HubSpot processes and operating rules for governance and compliance.
Review lifecycle stages, pipelines, lead statuses and handoff rules with Sales.
Rebuild audiences and maintain consistent lead-source and UTM conventions.
Improve attribution to identify channels, campaigns and markets driving leads and revenue.
Plan and execute campaigns, monitor performance and optimize messaging and pages.
Manage campaigns for Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn as appropriate and track budgets.
Ensure conversion paths are complete from ad to landing page to HubSpot contact to revenue.
Work with CEO/Head of Sales to align marketing activity with capacity and priorities.
