GrowthAssistant is hiring a CRM Operations Specialist (HubSpot) for a telehealth platform—building and QA'ing campaigns end to end in HubSpot and OneSignal, and serving as an independent check on quality before anything ships.

You’ll own email template development with hands-on HTML work, set up campaigns, segment audiences, run pre-launch QA, and document conventions. GrowthAssistant offers 100% remote work and a benefits package including health coverage and holidays.

Qualifications

• HubSpot workflows, lists, segmentation logic, and email builds.
• Working HTML/CSS for email — reading and editing code.
• A meticulous, checklist-driven approach to QA.
• Understanding data structure and segment logic; technical degree preferred.
• Self-starter with troubleshooting instincts; researches answers independently.
• Ability to take on less-defined, ad-hoc tasks.
• Able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit email templates in HubSpot with HTML work; verify rendering across devices and clients.
• Set up end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot and OneSignal—journeys, canvases, triggers, workflows.
• Create and refine audience segments based on data schema and properties.
• Run pre-launch QA against campaign checklist and post-launch checks.
• QA code and campaigns created by others as an independent check.
• Manage send-volume spikes to protect deliverability and IP reputation.
• Keep campaign documentation, naming conventions, and QA checklists current.
