Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a capable Hub Operations Associate to assist day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. You will support KPI achievement, create and review hub reports, coordinate with the Customer Support team, and help implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder.
At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
Leadership experience preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
Experience in payments processing or similar function.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving, and inventory management.
Support monitoring of hub performance to meet KPIs.
Create, review, and validate hub reports.
Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
Handle payments processing and related activities.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other hub support tasks.
