Job summary

SPX Express Manila hub seeks an experienced Logistics Hub Supervisor to support day-to-day operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub productivity, help achieve KPIs, prepare hub reports, assist with customer escalations and coordinate with agency teams. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics are required; shift-based work and willingness to relocate within the cluster are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
