Ninja Van is seeking a Station Officer in the Philippines to ensure efficient warehouse shifts and KPI achievement. You will assist the Station Head with inventory, rider and route management, COD handling, and rider performance monitoring across the hub.

Responsibilities include daily hub operations in the SH's absence, rider training, and maintaining accurate parcel scans in our logistics system. Prior startup and logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Start-up and logistics company experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Station Head with operational and administrative tasks, including inventory, push off, rider and route management, COD collection, PCF handling and Rider master updates.
• Manage the hub's day-to-day operations in the absence of the Station Head.
• Monitor rider performance and conduct rider training to ensure SOP/policy adherence.
• Ensure hub financial status through rider liquidation and productivity management.
• Conduct hub analysis, provide feedback, and suggest improvements for overall hub performance.
• Ensure proper scanning and updating of parcels in the company logistics system.
