Job summary

Shopee Philippines hub operations team is seeking an experienced leader to supervise day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile operations. You will monitor KPI performance, coordinate with agency teams, and drive process improvements to boost productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics or warehousing, with a track record of leadership and payments processing experience. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned within the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operation (last mile & first mile).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators.
