Job summary

SPX Express in Manila seeks a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will monitor KPI performance, generate hub reports, and assist customer support with escalations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics with leadership in a warehouse setting and payments processing experience. Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster and adapt to shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder required.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Experience in leadership within warehouse/hub operations preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or related function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere within the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts according to team schedules.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and can perform hub operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
• Support hub performance monitoring to achieve KPIs and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with calls to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operations tasks as required.
