Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting and rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will help monitor hub performance, drive productivity, and assist in creating hub reports. The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse setting, and comfort with shift work and payments processing, with opportunity to grow within the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts.
• Strong learning mindset and administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations
