Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations professional to oversee day-to-day activities across inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management in our Manila hub.

You will monitor KPI performance, generate and review hub reports, and support the Customer Support team in resolving escalations. The role requires a leader who can drive process improvements and coordinate with agency teams, with shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to handle administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, inventory).
• Support hub KPI monitoring and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for agency teams.
• Perform other hub support tasks as needed.
