The role requires coordinating with teams, conducting briefings, monitoring KPI targets, implementing process improvements, and handling payments processing as part of hub operations. Willing to work shifts and be assigned across clusters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or hub environment.
• Leadership experience preferred in hub/warehouse settings.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work and handle administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Monitors hub performance and ensures KPI targets are met.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvements to increase hub productivity.
• Handles payments processing and related tasks.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators over agency teams.
• Other tasks related to hub operations.
