Job summary

Shopee seeks a capable Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations across inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, and reporting. You will help monitor hub KPIs, assist in escalations, and coordinate with agency teams to maintain smooth processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse settings, with leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Assigned shifts and metro-area coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in e‑commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving).
• Support monitoring of hub KPI performance and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations as needed.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for oversight.
• Perform other hub support tasks as required.
