Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations professional to oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

The role includes leading weekly staff meetings, driving KPI improvements, implementing process initiatives to boost productivity, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

You will coordinate with agency coordinators and assist the Customer Support team with escalations as needed to maintain service levels.
