Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily hub activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning and upholding established procedures and regulations.

You will lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and drive KPI improvements, implement process enhancements, support customer escalations with the Support team, and coordinate with agency coordinators to align efforts across the hub.
