Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Leader in the Calabarzon region to oversee daily activities, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive performance improvements across the team.

The role focuses on optimizing KPIs for productivity, quality, and service levels while coordinating with the broader Operations group to meet SLA targets. Candidates should have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or hub setting and be adept at running regular team briefings and performance

• Manage day-to-day hub operations using the daily performance report

• Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track performance and team improvement

• Ensure procedures and regulations are being followed through

• Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance

• Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction

• Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA

• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
