Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a capable Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily hub activities in Metro Manila. You will ensure smooth operations and compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.

You will lead briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, assess team performance, and drive KPI improvements. You will implement process improvements to boost productivity and coordinate with agency coordinators and the Customer Support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Leadership role in a division or team within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Other tasks related to hub operations.
