Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily hub operations in Manila. You will ensure smooth functioning, enforce procedures, and lead weekly staff meetings while driving KPI improvements across the hub.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in Supply Chain & Logistics, and experience in e-commerce fulfilment. You will coordinate with agency teams and support customer escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
