Job summary

SPX Express in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including inbound/outbound parcels, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will conduct team briefings, monitor KPI performance, and drive process improvements to boost productivity while coordinating with agency teams and support functions. Shift-based role with local assignment across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster; ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations covering last mile and first mile activities.
• Lead team briefings and document meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
