Job summary

SPX Express Manila hub seeks an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day activities across last mile and first mile operations. You will lead a small team, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting and efficient parcel handling.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse roles, and is comfortable shift work and coordinating with agency partners to maintain smooth hub workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience leading a warehouse or hub team.
• Experience in payments processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (last mile & first mile): inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Supports monitoring hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI attainment.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support team in call outs to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvement projects to increase hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Other hub operations tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
