Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to drive day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.

You will monitor hub performance, ensure productivity and KPI targets are met, create and validate hub reports, coordinate with agency teams, and support payments processing while guiding a team through shift-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
