Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a capable Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including last mile and first mile processes, dispatch, inventory control and performance monitoring.

You will lead briefings, review hub reports, support customer service escalations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with agency teams, with willingness to work shifts and flexibility to be assigned across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
