Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead in Manila to oversee day-to-day hub activities including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory control.

You will conduct team briefings, monitor hub performance to meet KPI targets, and coordinate with agency teams while supporting customer escalations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
